Live events are finally coming back this summer! Everything from backyard bbq's to weddings to birthday celebrations and more are coming back alive in the area. Musicians are getting hired and so are DJ's! We chat with a local favorite,  Leigh Richardson who is a solo acoustic act and most recently formed a trio called Rising Tide. Rising Tide is rock trio that plays everything from covers of Bob Seger to Tom Petty and Dave Matthews to Jack Johnson! One of his best cover songs is ELP's "Lucky Man"! We chat about the evolving trio group and why it is an advantage to only have three guys instead of a whole band when it comes to events.
 In the second segment we chat with mobile DJ's Jimmy "Jams"  Nuzzo  and Sean "Big Daddy" McKee! They give us the lowdown of how events especially weddings are shaping up this season after a rough year with the pandemic! They discuss the current state of events along with "The Zman" Matt Zako the host of The City's Backyard and local radio personality and DJ himself!   The Zman chats with Jimmy Jams and Big Daddy  about  what separates them  apart from any old DJ and why the art of  dancing  and having a good time is the most important way to celebrate!
