Tribute bands have exploded in the last few years! On this episode we check in with Rob Russell, a veteran of Pink Floyd Tributes since 1992. He formed The
American Pink Floyd Show in 2013. Rob is the keyboard player and
musical director for the band and has also designed all of the lighting
and video projections for the show. The American Pink Floyd Show has
performed internationally to critical acclaim. The success of the band is
due to their incredible attention to detail when performing the music of
Pink Floyd. The goal has always been to perform the music with album
accuracy. Add to that an elaborate light show with lasers and video
projections and we are able to recreate everything you would expect to
see and hear at a Pink Floyd concert.
